1 garlic clove
1 tbsp oil
17 oz king prawns
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Finely chop the onion and garlic and mix with the oil.
2. Shell and clean the prawns and toss into the chopped vegetables to coat.
3. Place in the fridge and let them marinate for 4 hours.
4. Grill the prawns on both sides and serve with a dip made by mixing the juice of the lime with a tablespoon of water and plenty of salt and pepper.
5. Spray generously with the spray Grappa.
