Grappa is a spirit distilled from grape pomace following wine fermentation. Master Distillers oversee every stage of the distillation process, using their craft to extract the finest essences, aromas and flavours to create a spirit of remarkable purity and fragrance. As a rule of thumb, around 3 litres of Grappa are distilled from every 100 kilograms of grapes.

Grappa is a uniquely Italian product protected by strict specifications set by Italy and approved by the European Commission.
