Grappa Bruschetta

Ingredients
4 thick slices of bread
5 oz of cherry tomatoes
2 oz of black olives
0,3 cup of Grappa
1 clove of garlic
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
EVO oil to taste
Basil to taste
Preparation
- Cut the cherry tomatoes and marinate them with EVO oil, Grappa, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Divide the garlic clove into two halves and rub one of them on one side of all the bread slices.
- Toast the bread slices in a pan. Meanwhile, cut the olives in small pieces and wash the basil carefully.
- Put the marinated tomatoes and the olives over the toasted bread slices. Dress with the EVO oil and garnish with some basil leaves.
