Ingredients
6/10 Prosecco
4/10 Red Vermouth
4/10 Bitter
Spray Grappa
Ice cubes
Garnish
Lemon zest
Preparation
1. Put the ice cubes into a cocktail glass and let it cool.
2. Pour Red Vermouth and Bitter into a mixing glass, then stir.
3. Pour the blend into the cocktail glass with the ice cubes, then add Prosecco.
4. Spray some Grappa.
5. Garnish with the lemon zest.
