Ingredients:
2/10 Lemon juice
2/10 Grappa
6/10 Lychees juice
1 Teaspoon of egg white
Garnish:
1 Vanilla bean
Mint leaves
Sugar
Preparation:
- Pour Grappa, the lemon juice, the lychees juice and the egg white into a shaker, then shake.
- Pour the blend into a glass rimmed with the sugar.
