Ingredients
0,3 cup of Grappa
The pulp of 1/3 cucumber
1/2 lemon
1 lime
Sparkling wine
Garnish
Cucumber thin slices
Lemon slices
Lime slices
Preparation
1. Blend the cucumber pulp
2. Squeeze the ½ lemon and the lime into a tall tumbler glass
3. Pour Grappa and the cucumber blended pulp into the tumbler glass
4. Add the sparkling wine until the glass is almost full
5. Stir
6. Garnish with 2 thin slices of cucumber, a lemon slice, and a lime slice, then serve
