A version of the famous Bloody Mary in which Grappa is mixed with vegetable juice, various spices and hot sauces creating a delicious blood-red, spiced cocktail.


2.5/10 barrel-aged Grappa
7.5/10 puree of yellow tomatoes
5 ml Worcester sauce
2 saffron pistils
Celery salt and carrot salt (homemade)
Drop of tabasco
Grappa infusion with fresh sage leaves


Baby carrot
Iced celery


1. Mix all the ingredients with ice in a shaker.  When done, add the sage infusion and saffron.
2. Filter and serve in a tumbler.
3. Before serving, decorate the glass with the baby carrot and iced celery.
